Module Manager



Module Manager required by Aerospace Company.



• Ensure that the module achieves production requirements

• To provide leadership & support to module team members in the achievement of defined targets.

• To report achievement of module output to senior management.

• To provide overall sign-off of module/cell production build plans.

• Carry out regular reviews with Module Key staff i.e. Team Leaders, MQL, Planners & Engineers to assess adherence to targets.

• Ensure that all activities reflect company policy and business objectives.

• To maintain / handle all local disciplinary issues within the module in accordance with company procedures.

• To monitor & co-ordinate all time & attendance issues within the module.

• To conduct module based recruitment

• To define, measure & analyse MoPs and ensure targets achieved

• Maintain Team Board updates for the module.

• Maintain module manning levels to meet long/short term capacity requirements.

• To ensure all H&S, Environmental and Quality procedures/processes are adhered to within the module.

• To promote and facilitate continuous improvement activity within the module.

• To conduct and maintain all relevant staff PDR records within module.

• To ensure all module skills matrices and training plans are current, identify skills gaps & programme skills development

• To maintain housekeeping standards within the Module.

• To ensure 5S methodology is applied and maintained within the Module.

• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by manager

• To provide cover for absent team members
