Support Consultant - train in Sage 200



Accounting Software Support Consultant with experience of any of the major accounting packages such as Access Dimensions, SAP Business One, Exchequer, Coda, Great Plains, SunSystems, Cedar OpenAccounts or Pegasus Opera II for leading East Midlands Sage accounting and financial specialists. Their product range includes Sage 200, Sage MME, Sage Line 50, Sage Construct and Act! and this is a highly reputable company, one of the top 15 Sage dealers in the UK and part of the prestigious Sage Circle of Excellence.



They offer full service across consultancy, project management, implementation and training; their support department is a dedicated team giving first class customer service. They are looking for an enthusiastic member for the support team with experience gained on any of the major accounting software packages, or possibly from an accounting background, capable of handling support calls, logging calls, liaising with Sage and working both independently and as part of a team.



Full training will be provided in Sage 200 - one of the top accounting and CRM packages for the mid market and a skill that is highly in demand at the moment. You should have great communication skills, an enquiring mind, good problem solving skills and a love of customer service.
