Team Administrator
Team Secretary/Administrator
Purpose of the role
To provide administrative and secretarial support to a busy team of Fee Earners.
Responsibilities
Distribution of incoming post, manual and scanned post and delivering outgoing post to general office
Preparing template documentation and updating reports
File management, ensuring that all files are up to date, both case management systems and paper files
Typing of all correspondence, copy typing and digital dictation skills are required
Scanning of documentation onto relevant databases
Printing and collating documents, faxes and emails
Producing PowerPoint presentations
Finance administration for individual expenses using the expenses system
Responsible for booking any necessary travel arrangements
Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms and any necessary car parking
Essential
Legal Experience preferred or a background in professional services
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Good typing skills
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
Highly organised with good attention to detail
