Our client is one of the UK’s leading specialist recruitment companies within the Procurement sector. They work with some of the world’s most prestigious organisations, and in recognition of their clients need for top talent, their ethos is to source the upper quartile of candidates within the market.



Our client has been established in its current form for three years, and in that time they have taken an increasing market share, which is set to accelerate in the future. They currently have 6 staff, and over the course of 2008 are looking to substantially expand their business by recruiting an additional 6 Consultants to grow to 12 staff.



They are based in Ripley this is ideally located for easy access to the M25, to cover

their UK wide client base.

Role



The role would provide an excellent career foundation for commercially minded individuals wanting to forge a career in ‘professional’ recruitment consultancy within the FTSE100/Global500 arena.

You will be responsible for developing the clients already established reputation into new market sectors - growing profitable business, ensuring that they are delivering unrivalled levels of service to large corporates winning preferred supplier status.

You will be recruiting across all levels within Procurement functions covering salary levels typically between £30k and £100k also interim consultants on day rates varying between £300 and 3800 per day.

Requirement



You must have either - 2 -3 years commercial sales experience in a B2B environment with structured sales training or 1-3 years recruitment experience.

Be target /sales driven and possess a strong desire to succeed and be the best at what you do.

Excellent presentation and articulate communication skills, with the confidence to present in front of senior managers

Degree/further education would be a benefit but by no means a prerequisite.

PACKAGE



They offer very attractive salary packages with annual reviews and highly lucrative commission, packages based on performance.

Basic salaries will be based on experience – between £20k and £40k however we will only look at salaries in excess of 30k if there is a significant level of recruitment experience.

Financially, a career with our client can be very rewarding – realistic earnings for your first year are anywhere between £30-40K, and in year two it is feasible to earn between £50K -£70K



TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT



Consultants are encouraged to autonomously run their own desks from an early stage, and from day 1 your in house training will support this rapid development. You will receive both boardroom and ‘hands on’ training in all aspects of recruitment, from professional interviewing techniques through to developing business within a blue chip client base, and managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
